Family Handbook 2017-18

Par cipa on  in  clubs  is op onal. Girls  in  the  Junior School who decide  to par cipate are  permi ed  to  join ONE  club per  term. Girls will also be able  to  con nue  to par cipate  in  choir,  band,  strings, ABT Ballet and  chess  club.  It  is  the  responsibility of  the  student/parent  to advise  the  office when dropping out of a  club.   There  is a $25 materials  fee  charged  to each  student’s account  for par cipa on  in  clubs. This  excludes Primary and  Junior Choir. Families will also be  charged an addi onal  fee  to par cipate  in  ABT Ballet and Chess.   Please note  that  registra on  for Athle cs  is SEPARATE  from  registra on  for  clubs. This  includes:  Squads, Squad  teams and Havergal  teams. Before  registering  for a  club,  consider opportuni es  for athle c  involvement as well as  commitments outside  the  school  to avoid  conflicts  in  schedules. 

On occasion,  the day of a  club may need  to  change; however, efforts are made  to hold  the  schedules as published.
