A.T. Kearney. She earned a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University and subsequently received an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Having lived half her life in Canada and the other half in India, Ms. Pundit brings a global perspective to all business and non-business initiatives. She is a parent of two daughters attending Havergal College.

Prior to joining the education sector, Ms. Bryant had a successful 30-year career in the Ontario Public Service, including senior policy and delivery roles at the Assistant Deputy and Deputy Minister levels. She is a past Chair of Fred Victor and serves on a Covenant House advisory panel.

Laurie Hay Ms. Hay joins the Board as an ex-officio member as Chair of the Havergal College Parent Association (HCPA). Ms. Hay graduated from Trinity College, University of Toronto, with a degree in Economics

degree, majoring in economics, from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining Gluskin Sheff + Associates in 2008, Mr. Stinson was the President of Knight Bain Private Counsel, a division of KBSH Capital Management. While at KBSH, he was involved with the management of the private client base and served on the Management Committee, Senior Investment Committee and as President of the Spirit Foundation. Mr. Stinson is currently Treasurer of the Board and on the Finance Committee for Loft Community Services, a Director of The Spirit Foundation and Chair of the Board of The Havergal College Foundation.

Ms. Hay has two daughters, one in Grade 11 at Havergal and the other a recent HC graduate.
