How can my child access IT support? Students are asked to send their request for help to our Service Desk at servicedesk@havergal.on.ca​ . IT will respond to your child's questions and arrange any technical support required. What if my child is unable to access her learning portal for online learning? Students are asked to inform their Homeroom Teacher (Junior School) or Guidance Counsellor (Upper School) if they are unable to access their online learning portal and immediately inform the Service Desk at ​ servicedesk@havergal.on.ca​ . They will be provided with IT support and next steps.

What are the key digital tools that my child will need?

● JK to Grade 3: ​ SeeSaw ● Grades 4 to 6:​ Google Classroom ● Grades 7 to 12:​ Veracross

The College employs digital education technology specialists who have created robust supports in text and video to support your child's learning and navigation for these portals.
