times). Start times for meals will be staggered every 10 minutes, according to the Grade level cohorts. Students will enter through one dedicated door to the Dining Hall, once our Food Services Staff has opened the door, and will physically distance from each other according to the signage placed on the floor. Meals will be full service only and single use packaged condiments and cutlery in roll ups will be provided. Students will be assigned a specific seat at a specific table, all physically distanced, for all meals in the Dining Hall. All surfaces in the servery will be cleaned and sanitized following service by our Food Services staff. Our Facilities/Sanitation team will clean and sanitize all tables in the Dining Room after service. On the days when Boarders are in school for lunch, they will follow the same procedures as the Day students, which will involve pre-ordering their lunches online and picking them up from designated areas in the Day School. If we move to a remote learning program, on days when Boarders are not in school, they will also pre-order their lunches online, but the lunches will be brought up to the Boarding floors for distribution. Boarders will pick up their snacks for the school day at breakfast and will be able to access afterschool/evening/weekend snacks in the refrigerator in their assigned common room. On the weekends, Boarders will have two meals per day and snacks available in the common room To limit the number of visitors to the College/Boarding, no offsite ordering of food will be allowed in the Fall Term. Banking Boarding students must make their own banking arrangements. There are several banking facilities within walking distance of the school. Students are discouraged from having large amounts of cash in their rooms. It is highly recommended that Boarding students open a Canadian bank account while they are enrolled in the school.

Public Transit Students will not be permitted to take Public transit in the Fall Term.

Taxi/Airline Limo Service If a student requires use of a taxi or airport limousine service, chits (paper receipt used instead of cash) are available in the Boarding Office and will be charged to the student’s account. Taxi chits are distributed at the discretion of the Boarding Staff for medical
