Near-term initiatives that will help us achieve our goals: • Launching employee growth and development programs that strengthen the relationship between employees and management through collaborative work, goal setting and performance discussions. • Engaging parents, students, employees and recent graduates in ongoing feedback to gauge satisfaction of Havergal's programs and learning environment. • Launching a new Parent Experience & Learning Program that partners with parents to provide educational opportunities to support their child’s growth and development.
