CO-CURRICULAR OPPORTUNITIES

Dance Troupe The Dance Troupe is an ensemble of students in Grades 9 to 12. All dance styles are welcome. Rehearsals take place once a week from September to May, with performance opportunities on- and off-site in the second half of the year. Senior School Play Auditions take place in the first two weeks of the school year. Rehearsals take place after school from September through March, including an off-site weekend in October and weekend rehearsals. Salon The annual Salon art exhibition is open to all students in Grades 7 to 12. The Salon takes place in the spring every year and all submitted work is displayed in the halls of the school for several weeks. Beatstock Beatstock is a famous HC event that takes place during Arts Week in April. For three hours, students perform in our Brenda Robson Hall in front of several hundred guests from COSSOT schools. Everyone in the US is encouraged to perform or attend. We encourage families to review rehearsal and performance dates prior to registration to ensure your child can commit to the program. Attending every rehearsal and performance is an expectation of the Arts Co-curriculars.
