Grades 5 and 6 Uniform Policy

Example of ​ Number One Dress for Grades 5 ​ and 6

Number One Dress (Mondays): ●​ kilt or dress pants ●​ long or short sleeve shirt ●​ tie ●​ black modesty shorts ●​ green knee socks or green tights ●​ black polishable lace-up shoes

Regular Dress (All Other Days): ●​ short or long sleeve golf shirt or dress shirt with tie or turtleneck ●​ kilt or tunic or junior skirt or dress pants ●​ green knee socks or green tights ●​ black polishable lace-up shoes Optional: ●​ green sweater, green quarter zip or athletic quarter zip sweatshirt (not to be worn with tunic) ●​ Grade 6s are permitted to wear their Grade 6 Hoodies on regular dress days, but not on #1 Dress Days

Example of ​ Regular Dress for Grades 5 and 6

Physical Education ●​ Phys-Ed t-shirt

●​ Students will wear their Number One Dress on Mondays. ●​ Regular Dress Days are on all other days of the week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays). ●​ Students are permitted to wear running shoes (or other footwear suitable for outside use) and to leave their black shoes at school. ●​ On days when students have Phys. Ed., they will change into their Phys. Ed. uniform at school. ●​ Students who participate on a sports team are asked to purchase either a green quarter Havergator sweatshirt or black Havergator track jacket. These items may be worn with the uniform.

●​ Phys-Ed shorts or leggings ●​ green Phys-Ed bag ●​ blue swim bag

Optional:

●​ Havergal track pants ●​ Havergal green athletic quarter zip sweatshirt
