security assessment, students, faculty, staff and visitors may be instructed to remain safely inside locked classrooms to conduct a visual search, or to execute an orderly evacuation of the campus. The signal to initiate bomb threat procedures is a calm, clear announcement from Security or Administration indicating the specific action required. Bomb Threat protocols are reviewed annually by administrators and security personnel and at least one evacuation drill per year will incorporate the testing of these procedures.

Families requiring support with Havergal portals, school/course related websites, applications or other technical matters may contact the IT Service Desk by sending an email to servicedesk@havergal.on.ca or by calling 416-483-3519 x6663. The team will do their best to resolve your issue or direct you to the appropriate person.

Service Desk Hours:

Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm (when students are in session)

Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm (when students are not in session)
