In addition to the website and community portals (including the Parent Portal and Veracross), Havergal College communicates with the community in a number of ways: ● Inside Havergal ​ : a monthly e-newsletter emailed to all parents on the last Tuesday of each month to keep families updated and apprised of school-wide news and information; ● Torch ​ : the school magazine is distributed twice a year to parents, faculty, staff, Old Girls and friends of Havergal; ● Annual Report ​ : Havergal’s annual report is available annually in December. A copy is mailed to donors residing in Canada; and ● The Chronicle ​ : produced annually by Old Girl volunteers and the Office of Advancement & Community Relations. This magazine is distributed to Old Girls, parents and friends of Havergal. ​ (BTI): the school newspaper, which is usually published three times a year; : a literary magazine published annually; ● HCTV: ​ Havergal’s online, digital video student-led news magazine published on HCTV’s youtube channel; ● Ludemus ​ : the student yearbook published annually; ● Kneesocks ​ : a Junior School compilation of creative writing and art published annually; and ● Gator Zone ​ : a monthly electronic athletics newsletter that is sent to athletes, parents of athletes, coaches, faculty and staff.
