Aqua cs Centre  The Aqua cs Centre  features a  compe on‐ready, 25‐metre pool with decks  spacious enough  for  lesson ac vi es. An elevated  viewing area one floor above overlooks  the pool, while  change areas  and  staff  facili es adjoin  the west  side.   Athle c  Lounge and Commons  Situated on  the Mezzanine  Level  (B  Level),  the  lounge provides a  link  to  the pool  viewing area.  The Commons  connects  the pool  level of  the building  to  the exis ng  south wing and  is a popular  gathering place  for  those using  the pool or  the fitness  room.  Physiotherapy Room  Physiotherapists are at  the Upper School on Mondays and Thursdays  from 10:30 am  to 2:30 pm  in  the Athle c Therapy Room, which  is  located  in  the athle cs wing. The  clinic  is open  from  mid‐September  to mid‐December and mid‐January  to  the end of May.  It  is not opera onal during  school  closures. Physiotherapists provide assessment and  treatment  services  rela ng  to  neuromusculoskeletal  injury,  concussion management, exercise prescrip on and  rehabilita on  educa on. While  the  service  is dedicated  to Havergal  students,  faculty and  staff may make  appointments  for  treatment  if appointment  slots are available.   Please note  the  following guidelines:  ● students must  seek parental  consent before being  treated by  the physiotherapist;  ● appointment bookings are 15 minutes  in dura on and are made by placing  your name  in  the appointment book, which  is  located outside of  the  family  change  room;  ● students  can  cancel an appointment by  crossing  their name and wri ng  “CANCEL” with  the  me of  cancella on on  the  sign‐up  sheet. Call or email  if  you  can’t  cross  your name off  in  person;  ● if a  student misses an appointment without first  contac ng  the  therapist,  she will  receive a  wri en warning. Subsequent missed appointments will  result  in  the  loss of a  student’s  privilege  to make use of  this  service;  ● students  should book  their  treatments during a break/spare.  If  the ma er  is urgent,  students  should obtain  the  teacher’s permission first  to enable  them  to miss a  class; and   ● students may not miss an assessment  scheduled by a  teacher under any  circumstance.
