● The  recorded  school  telephone gree ng will be  changed  to  inform  callers of  the planned  closure. 

Should  it be decided  school  closure  is necessary prior  to  school opening:  ● An email message will be  sent  to parents and  the message will be posted on  the Portal:  community.havergal.on.ca .  ● Radio  sta ons 680 News AM, CFRB 1010 FM, CHUM FM 104.5, CBC 99.1 FM and CityTV  (Breakfast Television) will be  informed.  ● The  recorded  school  telephone gree ng will be  changed  to  inform  callers of  closure.  Should  it be decided  the  school will  close and  send home Day Students during  the day:  ● An email message will be  sent  to parents and  the message will be posted on  the Portal:  community.havergal.on.ca .  ● Students will be  instructed  to go  to  their Form  loca on, where  they or  their  teacher will  connect with a parent  to make arrangements  for  collec on or dismissal  from  school.   ● The  recorded  school  telephone gree ng will be  changed  to  inform  callers of  closure.   ● The  safety and  comfort of  students  is assured un l  such  me as  individual parents are  reached and  students are either picked up or dismissed with parental  consent.
