Learning Hub   The  Learning Hub  is a  teaching and  learning  resource  space where  students  in  JK  to Grade 6  can  access desktop and  laptop  computers. Addi onally,  the  Learning Curated online  resources and  databases are available  for  students.  Lisa Hardie Woodland Trail  This beau ful woodland  trail was  created  in  the  ravine  south of  the  Junior School by  the Hardie  family  in memory of  their daughter,  Lisa, Class of 1993.  It  is  the  centrepiece of  the Burke Brook  Stewardship project. 

Music Tower  Located at  the  front entrance of  the Upper School building,  the Music Tower was originally part of  the Boarding School but  is now used  solely  for private  instrumental and  vocal  lessons. 

Old Girl/Old Boy  A  student who a ended Havergal  for at  least one  year  is  referred  to as an Old Girl/Old Boy.  (The  last  year  that boys a ended Havergal’s Senior Kindergarten was  in 1996).  Pitches  The pitches are  the  school’s  three playing fields:  the Ratcliffe Field, which  lies  to  the  south of  the  main building nearest Avenue Road and named  in honour of  former Havergal  teacher  Judy  Ratcliffe;  the  Lower Pitch,  the playing field behind  the Athle c Centre; and  the Cohen Family  Sports Field, which  is  located at  the north end of  the property bordering  Lawrence Avenue. 

Prefect  A Prefect  is a Grade 12  student elected by  faculty,  staff and  students  in  the Upper School  to  serve  as a  school  leader  in her gradua ng  year. 

Quads  The Upper School  is home  to  two outdoor  square areas,  including  the  Laba  Quad, which  is  completely enclosed and  is used as an extension of  the Temerty Commons. The South Quad  is  the
