as possible while trying to spend more time in Florida. Catherine Lawrence is still in Toronto, happily doing some work in the “laughter” business. She and Jerry have three kids, all thriving. Cathy is very grateful to everyone who has supported LAM research and Havergal! She had a great visit with Beth Brenzel in Florida in the fall. Heather Cassels is keeping busy in Toronto and visits Florida with her husband during the winter. Her son Andrew is a pilot with Porter. In the summer, they go to the cottage outside of South River. whenever she is back in town; the Meech family home is across the road from Heather’s family home, where her dad still lives. By the time you read this, Nan Laine Dunlop will be cradling her 12th grandchild. Nan got her mortgage agent licence in December; she specializes in private financing, a much-needed resource in Muskoka. Between that, real estate and family, she and John find time to get on the water to do some fishing. She is always willing to put together another reunion.

The Class of 1978 celebrated its 40th Reunion last fall.

CLASS REPS: Tatiana Jaciw Kowryga and Eden Oliver Hello, fellow classmates! Well, this year was certainly one to celebrate as we reached our 40-year anniversary! Old friends were reunited, stories were shared, and events were attended with delighted anticipation. Many of our classmates attended

the Celebration Weekend. Our own 40-year event was a smashing success thanks to the diligent and imaginative planning of Jodi Niblett and Brenda Morrow Barry . All absentees were truly missed. During the weekend, we were able to catch up on one another’s lives, which was half the fun. We are such a lovely
