CLASS OF 1968 ENDOWMENT TOTAL AS AT MAY 31, 2019
Old Girls from the Class of 1968 at their 50th Reunion.
CLASS REPS: Vicky Dunbar Koudstaal and Rosemary Taylor McIntosh The Class of 1968 gathered in September for our 50th. To have Marilyn Cronyn McCall with us meant so much, especially knowing how she had been struggling with Parkinson’s disease for 20 years. Marilyn passed away two weeks afterwards. For those of us who were able to attend her memorial, it was touching and heartwarming to hear how much making it to our 50th had meant to her. As a tribute to dear Marilyn, the Class of 1968 raised money for Havergal in her name. Chris Adamson Norman resigned from her biotech company in Singapore and started a counselling business called Paws4Grief, which offers counselling via Skype to families when their pet dies. Her daughter Chloe is a partner in her law firm, specializing in divorce and family law. Her son Matthew is married and is a partner with
Bespoke Wine/Liquor Imports. Chris will celebrate her 70th with the family on Lake Rosseau and then an African safari to Kruger Park. Laleah Cronyn Macintosh visited Machu Picchu in the fall. She and Mike are off to Ireland! Vicky Dunbar Koudstaal and her husband Erik started 2018 in Southeast Asia touring northern Thailand, Laos and cruising the Irrawaddy River. In September they visited the Italian Tyrol to hike. Janet Fraser and Debbie, her partner of 26 years, cruised from Budapest to Amsterdam at the time of the reunion. They summer at the Fraser family cottage on Lake Huron just north of Grand Bend, often driving from Vancouver. If you’re in the area, please drop by. Anita Fallis Taylor and John became grandparents to Jack Lawson Taylor, born in New York City in September 2018. Her youngest son Scott is marrying
