DEATHS Sheila Scott Davis

CLASS OF 1945 Elizabeth (Buffy) Evans Meredith , Head Girl, died on November 18, 2017. A celebration of her life was held at Trinity College Chapel in January 2018 where she was truly celebrated. There were insightful and amusing reflections about her life, music and laughter. Guests wore bright colours, bold patterns and animal prints in tribute. There was a profound sense of her presence, and she would have been delighted with the party. She is survived by her children including Hilary Meredith 1976, her large extended family and friends. A number of Old Girls attended the celebration: Gillian Crawford Fleming , Gay Glassco Evans 1948, Beth Evans 1969, Eleanor Evans 1973, Sally Southey 1973, Gillian O’Reilly 1974, Judy Floras Rance 1975, Gillian Luczka Amara 1976, Laurie Stollery MacLachlan 1976 and Allison

MacLachlan 2005. Beatrice (Bea) Riddell passed away on May 27, 2017. After leaving Havergal College she attended Trinity College. She became an investment editor, known for covering stories on taxation. She retired in 1990 and applied her energy to volunteering activities. Bea was a friend to many including Buffy Evans Meredith .
