CLASS OF 2013 BURSARY TOTAL AS AT MAY 31, 2019

Members of the Class of 2013 celebrate their 5th Reunion.

CLASS REPS: Jamie Albaum, Rebecca Hoffer and Lauren Sanders Sara Willoughby left Havergal for St. Andrew’s in Scotland to acquire a master’s degree in international relations, which led to a job with a Washington-headquartered consultancy and an assignment working with governments in the Middle East. Inspired by Havergal to “make a difference,” her

interest in counter-terrorism, political sociology and state security sees her travel weekly from her base in Dubai to elsewhere in the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia or Jordan. At a time when the region is facing ever-more- complicated cleavages, she is finding it both stimulating and challenging. If not already busy enough, Sara is also working on mastering Arabic.

CLASS OF 2014

CLASS OF 2014 BURSARY TOTAL AS AT MAY 31, 2019

CLASS REPS: Nicolette Carnella, Rachelle Li and Roslyn McCall Kendra Wong has graduated from King’s College London, Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ School of Medicine! This year, she enjoyed finishing up clerkships in trauma in Chicago and critical care in Kingston before starting work in August.

Kendra loves living in London and invites any Havergal girls or staff who are passing through to join her for a drink. Hayley MacVicar and Blaire Smockum have had a great start to 2019; they are travelling together through Southeast Asia. They are excited to continue exploring the region in the coming months and to spend another month in Australia!
