Debbie holds a BA in Accountancy and a MSc in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Stirling, Scotland, and obtained her professional designation fromThe Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland while working at Ernst & Young. Debbie has a daughter in the Junior School.

In addition to serving as HOGA Vice Chair, Jennifer also chairs the HOGA Awards Committee. Jennifer works in Sales and Marketing for Bell Media (CTV Brands) and lives in North Toronto with her husband and two young daughters.
