Profiling Our New Board Members 2020 – 21

Lexi Ensor Ms. Ensor (Class of 2013) joins the Board as Chair of the Havergal Old Girls Association (HOGA) Governance Committee. Since graduating from Havergal, she completed a Bachelor of Arts with an Honors Specialization in Political Science from Western University and is currently working as a Management Consulting and Public Affairs Consultant at StrategyCorp, a Toronto- and Ottawa-based consulting firm. She works with clients from a broad range of sectors, including not-for-profit organizations, municipalities and health care, delivering strategic planning, governance, service delivery and public affairs support. Rob Frank Mr. Frank is a partner in the Toronto litigation group at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP. He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate and commercial disputes. Mr. Frank has represented major Canadian and multinational companies over a broad range of issues, including private international law disputes, shareholder disputes, environmental claims, takeover bids, plans of arrangement, and regulatory and business matters in the energy sector. Mr. Frank obtained his Bachelor of Science (Honours), Bachelor of Civil Law, Bachelor of Common Law and Master of Law from McGill University. He has a daughter in the Upper School and two daughters who are graduates of Havergal. Luzita Kennedy Ms. Kennedy is Managing Partner at PulvermacherKennedy & Associates, a legacy boutique firm that specializes in transitioning family and non-family businesses to the next generation. She is a Chartered Accountant with more than 17 years of experience in public accounting and was a Partner in KPMG’s Advisory Practice, working with multinational insurance companies, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), real estate development companies and financial institutions. Ms. Kennedy grew up in a family business environment and joined the family business to manage its financial operations. She also spent two years volunteering in Mozambique, which she described as a transformative experience on all levels. Ms. Kennedy joins the Board as an independent Governor. Brad Radin Mr. Radin joins the Board as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Havergal College Foundation. He has more than 25 years of experience managing global equity portfolios at Radin Capital and previously with Templeton Investment Management. Mr. Radin is the recipient of a Morningstar Canadian Investment Award and a Lipper Award. He is a CFA charterholder and holds three degrees from Western University: a Bachelor of Science, an Honors Business Administration (Ivey) and a Master of Business Administration (Ivey). Mr. Radin is married to Old Girl Dr. Stephanie Young (Class of 1986), and they have three children, including twin daughters in the Upper School.
