Supporting Students with Prevalent Medical Conditions Havergal College has established a Supporting Students with Prevalent Medical Conditions (PMC) Policy to promote student health and safety and maintain a healthy and safe environment in which children can learn. Havergal is committed to supporting students with PMCs to fully access school in a safe, accepting and healthy learning environment that supports wellbeing. This policy references the need for the inclusion of a Plan of Care for all students with asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes or epilepsy. Plans of Care are to be updated by the parent(s) in the Magnus Health Portal annually, which will be reviewed by the Health Centre. The Plan of Care will be shared with all individuals who work with a child at the College.
