Accessing IT Support for Families JK to Grade 12

Families requiring support with the Havergal portals and systems, school/course related websites and applications or other technical matters may contact the IT Service Desk by sending an email to servicedesk@havergal.on.ca or by calling 416-483-3519 x6663. The team will do their best to resolve your issue or direct you to the appropriate person.

Service Desk Hours:

Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm (when students are in session)

Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm (when students are not in session)
