CO-CURRICULAR OPPORTUNITIES

The Co-Curricular Program

Havergal offers a wide variety of co-curriculars for students in Grades 1 to 12, which provide opportunities for students to try different things and get to know themselves better. Co-curriculars can be pursued through activities and participation in clubs, athletics, the performing arts and school life. Students are encouraged to explore and investigate new interests or ideas. Developing these interests into passions is just one of the many ways we instill and encourage lifelong learning.

Clubs

Junior School At Havergal, the passion for learning goes far beyond the walls of our classrooms. Designed to meet the interests of every student (Grades 1 to 6), our Clubs Program allows students to engage in activities outside of the classroom, explore new topics, try new things and work with other like-minded individuals from across a variety of grades. Individual talents and interests can be pursued through activities and participation in these clubs and students are encouraged to explore and investigate new interests or ideas. Developing these into passions is just one of the many ways we instill and encourage lifelong learning. Families will learn about the various offerings in the July communication and registration will take place at the end of August. All clubs commence at the end of September.

Past offerings have included: Robotics, Self Defense, Chess, Cooking, Knitting, Public Speaking, Video Game Design, Coding and more.
