Wellbeing Framework Pathways

Self Awareness Involves paying attention to and consciously knowing your attitudes, dispositions and strengths. Self Regulation Is the ability to monitor and manage your energy, emotions, thoughts and behaviours in ways that are acceptable and produce positive results. Mental Agility Is the capacity to respond to events in a flexible way and be able to move between different ideas.

Vitality Is the feeling of being alive, vigorous and energetic.

Social Connection Is the experience of feeling close and connected to others. It involves feeling loved, cared for and valued, and forms the basis of interpersonal relationships. A student’s social skills play an important role in allowing them to develop positive relationships with others.
