GLOSSARY OF HAVERGAL TERMS

Teacher Advisor (TA) (Grades 9-12)

Teacher Advisors oversee and mentor a small cross-grade 9-12 group of students within a designated House.

Temerty Commons A meeting place and common area, Temerty Commons is located in the Upper School by the Hawkins Dining Room and opens to the Labatt Quad. Students use it at lunch and for quiet study. It is also used in the evening for school events and receptions.
