Extenua ng Circumstances  All  students are  required  to  sit  their  respec ve final assessments when  scheduled; however,  there  are excep onal  circumstances  that may  require a  student’s evalua on  metable be modified.  These  situa ons are  considered on a  case‐by‐case basis and  requests  should be made directly  to  the VP, School  Life & Opera ons  in wri ng.  Students not able  to write  their final exams  for  medical  reasons at  their  regularly  scheduled  me must  submit a  le er by  their a ending  physician documen ng  the  reason  to  the VP, School  Life & Opera ons.
