CLASS REPS: Amy Gaskin and Lisa MacLatchy Naprawa We are thrilled to announce that Anne Parkinson Ullman welcomed a son, Jonathan, on January 18th. Her daughter Alexandra is absolutely thrilled to have a little brother. Congratulations, Anne! Stephanie Hickman plans to be married in Dublin, Ireland when gatherings are possible. Amani Kamel has been working as an optometrist in Toronto for 27 years and loves it. She lives in midtown and is neighbours with Nadine D’Aguiar . Her daughter Jana Kurrek is 21 and is at McGill in the Desautels business school. Her son Benjamin is 19 and just started mechatronic engineering at Waterloo University. Marianne Moore has a new online blog at lifeinthemessyzone.com. Amy Gaskin ’s daughter Shannon participated in the Havergal exchange program, travelling to Sydney, Australia, to attend The Ascham School. Lana Ogilvie has started a line of natural skincare products called Lana Ogilvie Cosmetics. Jennifer Smith Cameron travelled to Columbia for two weeks with Medical Ministry International, serving thousands of people who have never had eye care. Clair

Fitzgerald was blown away by the amount of HC love that she received following her father’s death – from emails, texts, phone calls and flowers to the amazing turnout at his celebration of life. To everyone who reached out, Clair sends many thanks for the love and support and mentioned it was a huge comfort at a sad time. Shana Elman has also had a rough year. Her youngest son Elijah, who is 14 years old, was diagnosed with cancer in June 2019 (Ewing’s Sarcoma). The tumour metastasized to three other places. She has been travelling fromGuelph to SickKids, with frequent extended stays in Toronto, for chemo and radiation. This spring will bring another long period of radiation following the end of chemotherapy. Their family was looking forward to Eli’s wish trip to Disney World in the summer. Happily, her 18-year-old will finish Grade 12 this year, and her 20-year-old at U of T will graduate by Christmas. Katie Downie still lives in Nairobi, where she has lived for the last 30 years. Her daughters Alexa and Emma are now in the U.K. Alexa graduated from the London School of Economics last July and is now working for Grant Thornton. Emma has a year left in her commerce degree
