Girls through the Havergal Alumni Choir and encourages interested classmates. She hopes to see many classmates at our 40th Reunion in October. Pam Grogan Taylor lives in Calgary and unwinds by hiking, biking and snowshoeing surrounded by the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Sadly, she lost her dad, Dr. Dallas Grogan in early April, father to Pam, her sisters Lisa Grogan Green 1982 and Cheri Grogan 1985, and grandfather to Dallas, his namesake from the Class of 2017. Sandi and Pam will be sending more details about the

reunion with an Evite invitation. They have also heard from Jacqueline Gravel Uchida, Susan Vernon Pellerin, Catherine Allman, Kim Turner Murphy and Jacquie Labatt-Randle , who will be coming to the reunion along with the classmates above.

CLASS REPS: Mary Metcalf Muir and Kathie Morris Wood Glenys Babcock ’s 2019 highlight was her first trip too Mogadishu, Somalia, for peace research for the Pragmora Institute. Ellie Ballentine Burke will be an empty nester this July. She loves her coaching and facilitating business and stirring up trouble in Montreal with her best buddy Barbara (Barbie) Eplett . Barbie’s daughter Caroline got married last September. Robin Porter was inspired to start painting again after visiting France. She is an avid spectator at her

youngest son’s lacrosse games but is looking forward to him graduating so that she will have more time for winter travel. Anyone visiting the Kingston area is always welcome at Robin’s home. Martha King ’s first grandchild, a little girl, was due in June 2020. Everyone is very excited. She is a chairperson for the Lawrence Park Art Show and is excited to be part of an initiative that raises money for their partner charities. She still sings in the church choir and loves it. Catherine McGregor Orcutt and her husband recently retired and are spending a lot of time in Naples, Florida. Her twins graduated last spring, one from Havergal and one from BSS. One of the twins is at Harvard, where she plays on their squash team. Her other two daughters are at Queen’s and the University of Cambridge. Mary Metcalf Muir is doing a facilitators course through Bereavement Families of Ontario to help support individuals who have lost their spouses. She recently met a lovely man and is enjoying many weekends up in Collingwood. Sarah Saunders has decided to step back slightly
