CLASS REPS: Victoria (Vicky) Dunbar Koudstaal and Rosemary Taylor McIntosh Anita Fallis Taylor shares that Vicky Dunbar Koudstaal and her husband Erik attended her youngest son’s wedding in Toronto in 2019. She and John drive to New York City every six weeks to visit their little grandson Jack, who became a big brother in June. All happy things indeed! Wendy Plummer Hinde and Mel were in Florida for the winter. They had a wonderful trip to Ireland, Scotland and England in the fall; fell in love with Ireland and strangely enough picked up an accent while there. Maybe it was the Irish whiskey? They went on a great cruise to the Caribbean in February just before the real virus scare started. Gail Hunnisett Thomsen was able to get to her home in Cape Coral, Florida in February. She has now been declared “cancer free” and is hoping to remain that way. Ellen Sue (Susie) Feldman Goldberg planned to go to San Francisco at the end of March, then to Florida in April with Kelly and her grandsons. Gail and Jeff were planning a trip to Washington with their grandsons in May. Rosemary Taylor McIntosh and John are in Florida. They now have four grandkids, three boys and a sweet new granddaughter. The older boys are into hockey, and the two little ones are busy. All are happy and healthy. Simone Creed lost her Mom in February. She had a wonderful, beautiful life with her husband of 67 years and passed away peacefully at 91. How lucky was Simone to have her for so long? She misses her. Her daughter Samantha had a baby girl and named her Baby Edie after Simone’s late Mom. See the photo of her with big brother, Malcolm Creed Orley. Circle of life. Christine Adamson Norman and Richard are healthy, as are their children. They sail every weekend, and Christine finally decided to retire and could not be happier! She has started a satisfying business, Paws4Grief, counselling folks who have lost their pets. Last year they went to Africa, on a safari to Kruger Park and went to Dubai and London, England. They go to Cabo San Lucas every Christmas. Betsy Sumner is happy to say that both she and Frank are well after moving to Horseshoe Valley after many years on the farm north of Newmarket.

They soaked up the sun in Ft. Myers. Vicky Dunbar Koudstaal and Erik are healthy, happy and now officially live in a multi generational household. Their son Mark lives with them, as well as his four year-old daughter Iris, 50% of the time. There’s never a dull moment, lots of running down the hallways and zooming around on scooters. They are planning to visit Erik’s brother in Indonesia either this fall or next spring… watching the spread of the virus before taking the leap. Andrea Robarts reports that her life since seeing everyone at the 50th Reunion has been a great voyage. She is simply incredibly happy to wake up each day and embrace the precious moments before her. She loves retirement and celebrates having time to enjoy the activities she likes best: the quiet time

when she is free to imagine, cogitate, create and sail into worlds far away. She loves curling up in her wee library and reading to her heart’s content. What extraordinary freedom! What luxury! What a gift!
