CLASS REPS: Lea Aird Menear, Roslyn (Roz) Kaye Stollery and Barbara (Barb) Beatty Taylor Once again, this year’s highlights seem to be trips and grandchildren. Lea Aird Menear , who will celebrate her 50th anniversary in June, is very proud of her seven grandchildren, most of whom seem to have inherited her athletic ability. She still skis, plays bridge and is ready for her yearly trip to Hawaii with Sharman Scoon Mckinnon . Gay Mills McNeil sometimes travels with them, but this year she was in Florida and overseeing the construction of a neighbour’s house in Toronto. Sharman is loving life in Arizona and spending time with her five grandchildren. Elizabeth (Liebes) Austin , who was in Madeira and Maui this year, visits Rosemary Campbell and Jane Rowe Rees on Vancouver Island and keeps in touch with Judith Hodgson Sanford in Oregon. Liebes’ daughter has moved back to New Zealand from Duncan B.C. Jane is still singing with the Victoria Scottish Gaelic Choir and loves having her daughters and their families nearby. Barb Beatty Taylor Reid annually spends time in Hilton Head, recently visited Halifax and England and, with nine grandchildren and one more on the way, says Christmas is “happy chaos.” Merridy Cox Bradley is editing a series of books and writing a bit of poetry. Jo-Ann Joseph enjoys cruising, computer graphics, walking her dog and babysitting her toddler grandson. She marvels that she used to think 70 was old! Helen Fisher , who still has no social media, continues to teach viticulture, plant physiology and soil structure at Guelph

and Niagara College. She can’t retire because she was just awarded grants for three new research projects! Lou Ann Fallis Ballard is excited about the spring arrival of a second granddaughter. Marjory Glassco Patterson is enjoying Ottawa with both children and their families there as well. Nancy Paul Hamilton says her trips to Hawaii and Scandinavia, which she loved, were wonderful adventures. She is looking forward to a West Indies cruise next. Connie Corbett is happy to have her two sons and five grandchildren at Presqu’ile. She still spends time in Portugal. Roz Kaye Stollery continues to play a lot of bridge and travels with her many grandchildren. Barb Smith Broadhead enjoys her three active grandchildren, plays bridge and visits the gym three times a week. Anne Smith-Bingham Ross is a retired naturalist in Michigan. She recently birded in South Africa, is looking forward to a Mediterranean cruise and enjoys golf, painting, playing the piano and her three grandchildren. Sue Aziz Innes has no news. She plays bridge, loves her cat and travels to Hilton Head and Longboat Key. We were so sorry to learn of Janet Oxley Waddington ’s death after a brief illness and send our thoughts to her family. We hope everyone has a very happy, healthy year. And sends in lots of news. It will be our 55th Reunion and we would love to see you all. The 50th was really fun. Let’s do it again!
