CLASS OF 2005 BURSARY TOTAL AS AT MAY 31, 2019

CLASS REPS: Charlotte Anderson, Victoria Duda, Leslie Greey and Megan Rolland Laura Stanley is an occupational therapist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto. Alex Mealia is a lawyer in Ontario working as a trading documentation negotiator at RBC Capital Markets. Wyanne Tsang Carlson and her husband recently traded coasts (and countries) and moved from San Francisco to Halifax. They are looking forward to their next adventures on the East Coast. Teresa Sokolowski moved to Sweden in 2012 and lived in Gothenburg, where she completed a master’s of science in communication. In 2018, Teresa moved to Malmö and joined UNICEF as a project officer at the supply headquarters in Copenhagen. She commutes from Malmö to Copenhagen every day and enjoys riding her bike to the office from the train station. Teresa is also excited to be planning her upcoming wedding. Your Class Reps are looking forward to hopefully seeing many of you in 2020 at our 15-year Reunion! Check back with us next year for details. CLASS REPS: Sarah Bacon Bush, Laura Cheung- Morris and Margaret Flatley Jaime Cardy married Cameron Baldassarra this February with Old Girls Lisa Cronin MacDonald and Amy de Merlis as masters of ceremonies for the evening. Victoria Leung married Kevin Barford on Lake Rosseau last August. They met during Victoria’s graduating year at Havergal and continued their partnership through undergraduate and post-graduate studies and into their professional lives. Several Old Girls were in attendance, including maid of honour Laura Cheung-Morris , bridesmaids Alexis (Ali) Glinert, Lisa Trant and Elizabeth Lee and master of ceremonies Heather Neely . Victoria expects to graduate from her residency in ophthalmology in June 2019 and will pursue further training in oculoplastic surgery. Michelle Dowling got engaged last August to the wonderful Jessica Watts and will be getting married in CLASS OF 2006

Laura Cheung-Morris completed her family medicine training and married Tom Morris last summer with Victoria Leung as maid of honour, Anna Robinson, Kate Amato and Sara Ann Ross as bridesmaids and Michelle Young and her husband as the witnesses for the signing of the register. Their beautiful wedding invitations and menus were designed by the super-talented Joey Chak Ma , creator of ink & jo, a boutique design studio that specializes in hand illustrations, modern calligraphy and design. Valerie (Val) Eisen is now working as Sidewalk Labs’s onsite legal counsel in Toronto through her associate position with Fasken.
