CLASS REPS: Rachel DeBlois and Dale McIntosh Each year we are in disbelief about how long it’s been since we graduated! Here is some news to share: Cathy Luba Hibbert is VP of Junior Academy, still coaching waterskiing in the summers and happily busy with her family. Gwen Van Wees celebrated five years at Beam Suntory Distillery as an account manager in the K-W area. She’s always happy to talk whisk(e)y if anyone is interested. She also enjoyed travelling all over Scotland with work, and to Croatia and Bosnia with her family. Her kids, Ayden, 17, and Teeghan, 14, are great, too! Dora Boylen-Pabst recently took on a new role as president and CEO at Headwaters Health Care Foundation in Orangeville. She travelled a lot this year: Las Vegas, and three times to St. Lucia with family, Charlize, 14, and Raif, 12. Christine Anderson Winter bounces between teaching drama at two elementary schools and being the children’s director and camp director at a Grimsby church. She enjoys being a mom to Abby, 12, and Olivia, 9. Olivia is anaphylactic to peanuts and tree nuts, and

Christine is open to connecting with others who are navigating life-threatening allergies or anyone with new diagnoses. Andrea McClean Bunker ’s three kids keep her busy. Grace started at Havergal this year in Grade 7, and she absolutely loves it! Andrea continues to run EEMERGE, her diversity and inclusion consulting firm. Rachel DeBlois celebrated 20 years at Royal St. George’s College. Teaching French continues to be her passion, and her role as an admission associate allows her the opportunity to extol the virtues of a Georgian education. Team Rough continues to cheer on Louise Rough as she bravely faces cancer head-on. Louise is so grateful for the continued ties she has to the HC community, particularly her friends (like family) from the boarding school. She recently caught up with Vera Turnbull (former dean of residence), who continues to provide comfort to Louise and her son Walker just as she did years ago to all those in her care. Louise’s close friends have provided tremendous support and her message to “maximize the minimum” is inspirational to us all.
